"I reserved my rooms months in advance, 2 adjoining rooms with 2 queen beds each. Upon check-in, the two very unfriendly desk staff members, did not seem to care when they only had one room on my reservation. Even after I showed them proof of my reservation, they did not care and did not apologize. They blamed it on hotels.com. Ultimately, I ended up with two rooms on separate floors, which was a huge disappointment since I had to be separated from my family members. The room also had many dead bugs throughout. One the other hand, the woman that set up and managed the breakfast, was wonderful! She was the best part of our stay! Very friendly and attentive."

"Shower had a little pinkish something in the bottom corner. Breakfast was pretty good but husband said no cheese in breakfast sausage "

"Polite staff, clean and quiet room. Places to eat close by, ihop,kfc,McDonald's, jacks, dunken dounuts and others. Would stay their again. Lots of parking."

"Good hotel, have stayed before and will again. Rooms clean, good bed, good breakfast. Pool was clean and nice temp. Plenty of good restaurants in the same shopping center as hotel. "

"This is great place no matter your dog size I saw everything and everyone was respectful to give each other space. It’s tricky off the road to see exactly where the driveway is and if you are hauling anything as I had a 5x8 u haul, you have to park at the Cracker Barrel. So I would suggest if you are hauling anything drop off your luggage upon check in because then you park “next door” at the Cracker Barrel you have to be very careful climbing the hill back to the hotel there is not a convenient foot path."

"I’ve been staying at this motel for years This year homeless people hanging in lobby The people next door 106 were loud and vulgar,ask clerk to say something no result found out kin to one of clerks my nephew said drugs being used there He works for sheriff"

"Very clean and comfortable room! Breakfast was good, but breakfast area is small and congested "

"They gave us a handicap room. Reason being we did not book through them even though we book through Expedia a week prior. We were on 2 nd floor right by elevator so we got woke up at 5 am due to people leaving. Most miserable place we have ever stayed. Complained to manager and he said you should have booked directly through us. Next time do so and you will not be put in handicap room. Guess what there will NOT be a next time for there!!! "

"Showed up around 9 pm. The front desk associate (a younger man) asked if I’d be interested in sleeping with him. I politely declined and went to my room. He later came knocking at my door around 1130 pm. I did not open the door. As a female traveling alone, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING."
