"I was first given room 111. Rug was unfortunately very damp on arrival and after going back up to front reception was given an upgraded room #104 that turned out nicely as originally expected. The only downfall is that the adjacent elevator next door makes compressor noises as it goes up and down. The real reason I gave you good to excellent marks was your staff. Very attentive with the larger room upgrade. Parry the night reception check- in host responded well after my complaint. Kudos. Also, I must mention the breakfast staff attendant / chef was terrific and super pleasant. She was very attentive and friendly smile with a clean service area and a great selection. The only other area to be given a lower mark would be the jacuzzi jets needed to be improved. Clean, hot and bubbly but no nozzle force for the feets!l Great tub and pool though. Will be back through and I will next request room #109 away from the elevator. A little more improvement and perhaps more landscaping / trees would really make you stand out from everyone else! "I stayed there for a week, it was absolutely wonderful! The staff is incredibly helpful they are always asking if you need something, if they can do something for you, they help with everything and that includes the cafeteria staff! Even the janitors helped, I needed some stuff but in the back of my vehicle a jazzy for my husband to sort of a electronic vehicle for him to get around after back surgery which he stayed in the hospital I stayed at the hotel. We checked out a day early, because the bed was too hard for him on his back but that has nothing to do with the hotel and their beds! Very clean, love the decor very updated! I only had one little gripe, and that is that there's not an ice maker on the bottom floor. We stayed in the wheelchair room which was perfectly accessible for my husband. And the breakfast is outstanding! They go above and beyond. The only thing I wish they had was more bananas or hard-boiled eggs when they run out I guess they run out because I asked and they didn't have anymore. But that's minor. I check in process was extremely fast and I absolutely adore the lady who checked me in I forget her name! That she is the best she has been there for the last three times I was there at the hotel I stayed three times now. But she has checked me in every time. The manager she's outstanding I love her personality."

"I come for a conference Friday to Saturday so just stay one night. The hotel is clean, comfortable and kept up very nice. The rooms are quiet, seem sound proof, and black out curtains so you get a good night sleep. This is my second time staying there and I’ll stay again for the conference in the future. "

"Lovely hotel and we had a lovely time. Restaurant and bar are delightful. Staff are helpful and rooms are just great. If you want feedback Pillows are pretty to look at but flatten too quickly. Many hotels seem to be moving to this type of pillow. It’s no fun. I miss pillows that have some support and substance. Hallway carpet by elevators smells like mildew. It might be hard to air that out "

"The reception desk was kind and delightful. They were having a system issue that was impacting check-ins and they were so nice and polite. I had a memorial to get to and they walked me to my room to check in so I could get ready and be on time. The ladies continued to be kind even when other folks were escalating due to an Expedia booking error that wasn’t on the hotel. And let me tell you, some folks aren’t nice. These ladies stayed calm, had to be firm but never vented or said anything unprofessional. I was really impressed. It was a heatwave and folks were coming in already “hot.” They were giving everyone water and helping with bags. Again super impressed and it’s so walkable from the BART station. "
