Master Bedroom is equipped with a King size bed, 43 " Smart TV, on suite full bathroom with shower over tub and the views of the Lake and City skyline!!

The Second bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds, 43" Smart TV and partial views of the Lake.

Very spacious living room with 50" Smart TV, and dining room with panoramic views of the Lake from every angle and the City skyline. Dining room seats four people.

A huge Private wraparound balcony with table and chairs. onsite laundry. This is a Gated property with an elevator from garage to your floor.

Gourmet eat in kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, double Owen and a fridge, a Keurig coffee machine with complimentary tea and coffee when you first arrive.

It's Central location provides an easy access to 580/80 and 880 freeways. About 15-20 minutes walk to Lake Merritt Bart Station for short ride to downtown San Francisco. or 15-20 drive to downtown San Francisco.
