Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

Convenient, comfortable home
My husband and I came into town to visit our children. This home was a great location for us--close to where our children live. All the windows make the home bright and cheery. There was plenty of room for the two of us. We found the bed very comfortable for sleeping. And the kitchen had all we needed for a quick breakfast before we were off for the day. Communication with the property manager was great. We had all the check-in and check-out information at the needed time. They checked in several times to make sure everything was meeting our needs. We didn't have any problems, but if there were, I bet they would be prompt in handling it. We would certainly stay again if the place is available during a future visit.

Comfortable house in nice neighborhood
This house exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable and well appointed. Conveniently located to all Berkeley has to offer as well as easy access to the Bay Area freeway system. The property manager was responsive and we had no issues during our stay. We’d absolutely stay here again!
