Classy Urban Oasis

This apt is located near the popular Piedmont Ave shopping district. The building was built in 1908 and still has many of the charms of that period... built-ins, coffered ceilings, wainscoting and clawfoot tub! The unit has living room, dining room, kitchen and 1 BR and bath. Blackout curtains in bedroom ensure a good night's rest. Piedmont Ave is just steps away with restaurants, shopping and cinema. One of the best things about the location is Piedmont Grocery right across the street. So handy!

This was an amazing stay. The host was friendly and responsive. The property was easy to find. It was very cozy and clean. Only complaint would be only there was only one chase lounger to sit in in main living area, but we made it work.

Lovely stay in Piedmont area of Oakland
The suite was cosy, charming and comfortable with a full kitchen and a sunny patio at the back. Check-in was easy. Great location, within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants and shopping on Piedmont Avenue.

Nostalgic stay
Grew up around the Piedmont ave area, in an apartment similar to this lovely little gem. Havent been back in 15 yrs. It was a wonderful place, in a great location for showing my husband the sites of my life. Thank you for sharing your home while you're away.
