House was very nice a lot larger than looks in pictures well worth price only criticism is the porch needs a little tlc and cleaner needs to pay a little more attention to detail

Huge cabin close to Yosemite Park, nice big porch good for hanging out with a group, some basic amenities were missing/out of order which was a mild inconvenience but a good experience overall.

This cabin is very spacious inside and has a huge patio outside which is very nice for hanging out. It’s also located conveniently close to Yosemite park. There were some minor inconveniences on the maintenance side like only one garbage bag being provided for the kitchen trash can, not enough towels provided for the guests, and the dryer being out of commission so we couldn’t wash and reuse the available towels. Good value overall.

Only reason I gave 2 stars to accuracy of online listing is because the dryer wasn’t working which was a deal breaker for us. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Super easy check in. House is very spacious. Pool table was a great addition family had lots of fun. Some furniture needs minor fixes, owners are aware. Will stay again in the future when visiting Yosemite.

We liked the space and the proximity to Yosemite. We didn't like the fact that the property isn't ready for guests. Exposed nails and screws, curtain rods falling on their own and almost hitting our kids. Other curtain rods held up with tape. Brown water from lack of use. Broken kitchen sink

The restroom with the bathtub has lots of ants crawling around. The restroom door near the entrance doorway was stuck and making lots of noises. The restroom up stair is old. The place was clean. The dryer was broken, can't wash our clothes. The refrigerator water filter needs to be replaced.

The house has been neglected. The bed sheets and towels were clean everything else we had to rinse, wash and scrub before use, we had to clean the toilets. The dryer was broken. Kitchen utensils were rusted. Dust everywhere and cobwebs. The house has so many stairs, dangerous even for adults. The beds are on top of a silly bed frame making the 5 feet tall (you need a ladder to use them). I wouldn't recomend this place. Avoid if you have young children. I sent emails asking about drinking water and outside lights but never received any response. Stay if you MUST...

The place is very large and can definitely fit a lot of guests. It would be great if you only need a place to sleep for the night.The listed pictures look great, but if you take a closer look in person, there's so many things that need work. -Many curtain rods were held up by tape. One of the rods actually fell off the wall(dry wall anchor and screw came out) and almost hit our kids. -drywall anchor and screws loose for the pool table stick holder as well-exposed rusty nails and screws-broken sink faucet-brown water from all faucets(nothing major, just that the house was unused in a while)-keypad and code for front door not working well. (Could not get it to work at all, even with owner's help)-bathroom door still opens when lockedAnother tip for future people renting- not handicap accessible. The listing states there's an easy access for those who can't take a lot of stairs- there's not- completely blocked off by branches and shrubs.

Property had quite a few spider webs and had ants in the kitchen. We did find bug spray under the sink the 2nd day and after spraying that it was a lot better. Check in was seemless with the code provided (my phone didn’t have any reception unless I was connected to their wifi, so that made getting the code a little tricky). One of the bathroom sinks was not working and it took the property manager 24 hrs to respond and then because it was the 4th of July weekend we just dealt with no sink for our entire stay. The neighborhood was decent, but the house was super close to the next door neighbor and they were out playing basketball, ping ping & pool until LATE every night. The last night the power went out (in the whole neighborhood), but the neighbors were then walking through “our yard” with flash lights which scared our kids. Not the owners fault, but scary for kids non the less. Overall the house was had a good set up for our 2 families, but we wish they took care of their ant problem and that the house was overall cleaner.
