Whether you've come to spend your days on Bass Lake, exploring Yosemite, or just soaking in the splendor of the Sierras, this peaceful home is your ticket to a relaxing retreat. Bass Lake Recreation Area is only three miles away and the Yosemite National Park South Entrance is only 14 miles north. You'll only be five miles outside of Oakhurst for all your groceries, gas, and dining needs.

At home, kick back on the private deck or stretch out in the living room to stream shows and movies on the smart TV. A wood stove keeps you toasty warm through even the chilliest nights. The full kitchen is equipped with an updated site of stainless steel appliances and boasts ample counter space for easy home cooking and meal prep. Home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. Also there is very limited/no cell service at this home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Amazing!

LOOOVED this house! So clean and Pinteresty!!! Loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided! The air was so nice to have in the heat and fans provided in every room as well! The kitchen was stocked perfectly and very clean! Also loved the hypoallergenic pillow covers!!

Review

The property was not clean. There were spider webs on the vent in the kitchen. Ant infestation in the sink everyday. The property manager didn’t respond in time for any inquiries and usually took 3 days to get back. On the listing it said there was a pool but when we got here it was just a regular backyard without a pool. The property wasn’t clean there was filled trash can in one of the bedrooms and dead spiders on the bed.

First review that's public, I'm surprised

Would not recommend, multiple issues and distrubing issues. After getting to the location our dock code didn't work. had to call Vacasa and get the code for the key in the lock box. Got inside went downstairs to garage and was greeted by bugs/spiders lined up against the entire wall, even took a video that's about 40 seconds. Bugs under tables in living room, dare you to look under the couch. CARBON MONOXIDE alarm had no battery in it, remember this is a home with a fireplace and gas stove. First and last time i will ever use Vacasa.

Wir hatten einen tollen viertägigen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus. Es ist sauber, gepflegt und hat eine gute Aufteilung. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, Spülmaschine sowie Waschmaschine in der Garage, alles was man braucht. Schnelle und professionelle Abwicklung über die Agentur. Jederzeit gerne wieder!
