"When I first got there and went to the check in desk, They had my paperwork laid out on their counter ready to go. No waiting. We were hoping for a ground floor room, but we were given a second story, no elevator. Not their fault, and they informed us that in the future we can call after making our reservations and tell them we need ground floor. We are both in our 60s and not the best shape so that will come in handy. The guy behind the desk did come running when he saw me coming down with bags and helped carry them. The breakfast was real good, just not any complaints on our part."

"The Victorian House is a beautiful, well maintained home. The owners really have thought of everything that is needed during the stay. There is so much space for everyone to spread out. The outside of the property is very nice and we enjoyed the outdoor living spacing with the firepit and hot tub. The house was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities (paper towels, TP, soap, etc). The beds were very comfortable and showers worked great. The owners were so helpful and quick to respond to all our questions. The house is just a short walk into Boyne City. We had a great time staying in Boyne City at the Victorian House! "

"If you are looking for a clean place just to sleep this is it. They do not serve breakfast. There is a fridge, microwave and coffeepot. Some may not like traffic sound from highway. "
