"Great location and felt just like home."

"Great place! I would stay here again. Bed mattress wasn’t very comfortable."

"Great place and host!! Centralized location and in a safe neighborhood."

"The house definitely has a great view and convenience location. The host was very welcoming and communicative so that's a plus. I did feel that the house could have been cleaner and a bit more updated for the price. Also, the back deck did not feel safe so I didn't let my kids go outside too much. "

"Just needed a clean place to sleep, and this fit that need perfectly. Having free local calls included was a nice bonus."

"We had a great stay here for two nights. Beautiful new place with plenty of room for the 3 of us. Lots of thoughtful touches and we had everything we needed and then some. Comfortable beds and AC unit in each bedroom and the main room. Easy parking on the street right in front of entry gate. Host was easy to contact and checked in by email to see if we needed help with anything. Highly recommend!"

"It feels nice and private"

"Very clean, great hosts, unforgettable."

"Room felt average compared to other motels but everything worked fine including Wi-Fi and heating."

"We had a great stay. The place was new, cute and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The AC worked great! Nice outside area to hang out and enjoy the evening and the view. Communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again."

"FUN GET AWAY LOCATION"

"Unique and artsy room, very much in the spirit of "glamping." We originally stayed in Topanga to be close to Malibu at a better rate, but were pleasantly surprised to find Topanga a lot more fun than Malibu, a little gem of a town with great cafes."

"The place was very clean and had a beautiful scenery!"

"Place looks better than on photos! Just amazing ! Host is perfect ! Can’t wait to come back"

"Beautiful property and very nice host. I wish I had known the guest house was directly behind the owner's home. Less privacy than we would have liked but very, very nice. The property is secure, quiet, and safe. Absolutely gorgeous setting with the pool and hot tub.My only recommendation is to clean the inside of the washer. The front loader is full of mold/mildew but they are very nice and we used them.Thank you for a great stay."
