  • Just steps from the ocean, with a beautiful, private saltwater pool (not heatable) to enjoy, Seaside Shenanigans is your perfect island getaway. Located across the street from the ocean, with beach access only two houses over and ocean views from the house, Seaside Shenanigans is also conveniently just blocks from Middleton Rd and the Swain s Cut Bridge. This home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that was recently remodeled including new appliances, beds and mattresses. It is furnished with 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full, and 3 twins. Enjoy amenities such as wireless internet, Cable TV, Blue-Ray DVD players, TVs in all the rooms, a fenced in yard, a grill, an outside shower, games, books, and toys. Even with the beautiful beach at your disposal, you ll find what keeps bringing you back is the refreshing, private, and peaceful saltwater pool right in the backyard.

    BEACH CREDIT
    Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more, the choice is yours. Please note, this offer is only available for stays between April 1 and October 31.

    Please Note: Linens are included with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
    As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house is nice and really cute! The ocean views are pretty and beach access is very close. We also enjoyed the pool and the games that were provided.

The short walk to the beach was very helpful with small children. The pool was clean and refreshing. Overall the house was clean and was a great place for our week long vacation. We enjoyed dinner at the dinning table, playing cards and the beautiful views out the big windows. The Host made contact with us daily and was very responsive when we had questions. Check in and check out was very easy. Thank you for a pleasant stay. We made some great memories!
