The living room offers plenty of comfy seating around the TV for you and your guests to watch your favorite team or movie. There is additional seating with a sofa and armchair that creates a welcoming gathering space. Prepare your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy as you gather in the breakfast nook or the dining area. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and TV so you can stay up-to-date on favorite shows. The en suite Jack-and-Jill bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower and easy access from the master or the guest bedroom with a queen-size bed. A second bathroom in the hall includes a tub/shower combination and the third bedroom is styled with two twin-size beds perfect for the kids. There is a pull out sofa bed in the main living area as well.

The downstairs unit is completely renovated and resembles that of a Home Decor magazine! No expense was spared with this complete overhaul- including new flooring, walls/tile, decor, furniture, upscale appliances, and more! As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
