Our home has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with bunk beds. There is a large sectional couch in the main living area that is there for ultimate rest and relaxation after a long day at the beach.

The kitchen is equipped the essentials as well as more. As long as you aren't cooking very complicated dishes there should be everything you need. Dishes, silverware, pots/pans, etc. are all there for your dining needs. There is a 4 person dining table for family dinners or hanging around and playing games!

The bathroom is fully equipped with what you would need. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, full size bath towels, wash clothes, hand towels, and a bath mat. Please bring you own beach towels.

There is a full size washer and dryer along with detergent for your use at the property.

The entire home is just for you! There is plenty of room for 2 cars in the driveway which is private to just you. You have an easy walk to the beach from the property.

Cute clean house in lovely neighborhood
Older house beautifully restored inside. Furnishings all new and comfortable. Lack of closets, difficulty locking front door and a broken chair outside were the only inconveniences.

Great location!
Walking distance to beach access in multiple directions. Also walking distance to a few restaurant and retail places (less than a mile is walking distance to me). You do have to cross a main road-but the majority of people were driving with care and it wasn’t bad at all. The house is cozy-I wouldn’t plan to cook large meals there (which we didn’t), but the kitchen book was perfect for quick breakfasts and snacks. The porch dining idea was great! Neighbors were friendly-some construction happening but that was all over the area. We had great communication wit the property owners about a repair need on our first day and a quick fix!

Its a cute place. Clean and very quiet. Closed to restaurants and the beach The only thing was we could not get the tv working in twin bedroom. Neighbors on either side are super friendly. Its lovely to sit in the front having your coffee in the morning. Anyone would enjoy that place

Fantastic little beach cottage that provided access to all that Oak Island has to offer. Perfect for our family of four and one small dog. Everything was clean, functional and as listed. Would absolutely book again for a short weekend.

Nice rental in a convenient location. You can walk to beach, restaurants, food stores & shops. Easy on and off the island. We were in the area for an event at St. James Plantation and this worked out much better than a hotel room. Owner made the entire stay very easy and communication was prompt with easy check in / out.

Perfect Vacation Spot for Me
It was a great five nights staying at this cute little bungalow. It was well-equipped, cozy, warm, clean, and inviting. The location was close to Food Lion and Publix which was perfect. When I had to get in touch with the owner about a couple of minor things, he got back to me immediately; I felt safe there and hope to stay there again this summer. The walk to te beach was a bit longer than I expected but still not too bad. I hghly recommed this charming place.

Wonderful place to stay on Oak Island. Turned out to be just a bit further from the beach than anticipated, but definitely did not detract from our experience. Next time we'll be better prepared with a wagon, bikes, or beach cart. Overall, it was excellent!!

The house is very clean and nicely put together! The other houses on the street aren't as nice, but for a brief stay that wasn't a big deal for us. The beach is just a 5 ish minute walk. Also the restaurant salt64 nearby was delicious! Joe was very responsive. All around good experience.
