Open living, dining and kitchen, DIgital TV, DVD/VCR, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher,& WiFi, the large deck is partially covered with rockers and built in bench seating, back sun deck and carport with outside shower. Pet friendly with fee. No Smoking. Located next door to Calm N Rea's and near MT Nest for extended family fun. Linens included in weekly and less than 7 day stays only. 2 night minimum rates available in Value-Spring and 3 nights in Resort seasons. Please call our office to inquire. The property was clean. As advertised, it was a short walk to the beach, and the ocean was viewable from the front deck. It is convenient to shopping and dining, and our guests enjoyed their stay. However, the pictures on the site do not accurately portray the size or ambiance. It is a bit smaller than expected and considerably darker inside. These are very minor detractions. All the appliances are in good working order, the kitchen is well stocked, and the beds are comfortable. If renting in the cooler months, be sure to bring extra blankets. We would consider renting this property again.

Calico Cat was a terrific place to spend spring break. Very convenient to everything my teenagers could want; beach access and places to fish all within a short walk. View from the large front porch was great for parents and grandparents too! Recommended!
