"This property was very diappointing in termsof service and communcation. They rarely, if ever, responded to messages sent through Expedia. They also states that houskeeping would be provided every other day, but my room was NOT cleaned until after two nights, and only after I personally asked for it. "Staff very helpful, everything was extremely well done."

"Since the room was cold, I tried to turn off the AC, it didnt work. I called the front desk and the staff tried and it didnt work. Due to coldness in the room, I could not sleep. Bad experience. Also, based on the price you charge, breakfast was also not good."

"Todo muy bueno, el servicio la limpieza la ubicación"

"Great check in. Breakfast was terrific and the lady working breakfast tried to take care of our needs. Some things had run out and she immediately took care of them. Great bed - good night sleep. Quiet. Great shower. We would definitely stay here again."

"They let me check in early when I arrived. The hotel is clean. The beds and bedding are VERY comfortable, and the breakfast tasted good."

"Housekeeping never came in to get trash or bring more towels. Had to go to desk twice to ask for towels, toilet tissue etc. Had dirty towels for four days piled by door with no pickup. When arrived, there was a filthy towel left on back of bathroom door. Coffee was old snd cold in lobby. Will not stay here again and maybe not at any BW property."
