"The communication with the host was great, owner was lovely. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Air conditioning is important to us, especially with a humid summer. The amenities said Air Conditioning, not wall unit. We arrived during a very humid heat wave. The picture advertised does not show that the portable air unit is in living room where the orange cushion is on the floor. "My family of six spent Presidents' Day weekend at this Hunter location for a ski trip, and it was fantastic! The convenience of the location was a game-changer; we could walk to and from the slopes in our ski boots without any real issues. The ski in/out setup was perfect for our family since everyone wanted to start and end their day at different times.
