"Hands down, the best hotel in Victoria! We had such a warm welcome from the get go, all staff were so helpful and friendly. Our one bedroom suite was beautiful, clean, spacious, and had a balcony with a lovely view. It’s in a convenient location, close to several shopping and restaurants. If you are going somewhere close by, the hotel even offers complimentary shuttle. Definitely would only stay here from now on. I love that it’s a family owned hotel as well. "
