"The hotel doesn't feel crowded even though there are a lot of guests, and the location next to the zoo is perfect for family holidays and staycations. Staff are kind, warm and patient. This hotel is especially kid-friendly. Housekeeping even provides kid-sized toothbrushes and room slippers. The breakfast is also superb with great buffet spread. Drinks wise -- good coffee and alcohol for the adults, and delicious chocolate milk and a chocolate fountain that wows the kids. The only small blip...

"Every time I stay at a Four Seasons I always enjoy my stay. Got a room with Club Access and it was worth every penny. Breakfast feast daily and access to the lounge. Great location, beautiful property, great views of the city from the 20th floor pool, and a fabulous gym. Stayed with my 2 teenage kids and we all loved it. Would definitely recommend and return here in the future. 5 stars!"

"Good location where it’s not too crowded. Right next to a mall where many small restaurants, great varieties. Also a cat cafe nearby 😹Great food selections in breakfast. Lovely clean swimming pool. Convenient laundry machines. Good exercise room. Room has full-length mirror, many lights and outlets, a padded long seat by the window (could sleep one more person) Well-designed room. We will stay here again if we come in the future."
