"This hotel is amazing! Is an old convent with great rooms, great dinner and breakfast"

"Friendly staff, nice surroundings, good sized room, breakfast good, but seemed like lots of waste way it was brought out. Bed too soft for my liking, fitted sheet was stained. "

"The hotel was decent but the reception wasn’t open 24 hours so if you’re arriving late (around 11pm or so), you’ll always have to knock and wake up whoever is in there. There was one night that I almost didn’t get into the hotel because no one was at the reception and the main door was locked. Luckily, a woman who was also staying there arrived and called his boyfriend and unlocked the door for us from the inside. There was also a small spark or kind of a little explosion in one of the sockets in my room. I went to the receptionist but no one was there and waited for more than 30 minutes. A guest who happened to be an electrician helped me out. I decided to transfer hotels after 4 nights of stay. "

"We have just returned from our second holiday at this beautiful apartment in the gorgeous historic Grand Hotel in Mondariz Balneario (and I’m sure we will be back again). As we already knew, the apartment is perfectly situated with excellent onsite facilities, especially the pool!! and every amenity (shop, cafes, restaurants, bars etc) within easy walking distance. The host contact Carolina, is so welcoming and accommodating, no request is to much trouble. We had a lovely peaceful holiday, just relaxing by the pool and enjoying the local area, I cannot recommend enough 10/10!! We will definitely book again."
