"Where to start, well this was a very lovely two night stay for my friend and I. We were in town for my birthday and a concert and this stay was absolutely wonderful. The entire staff made us feel at home but there was one employee who really gave top tier customer service and warm hospitality. Thomas was a wonderful person to come across, from the moment we walked in he was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. He even went above and beyond when it came to dinner for my birthday in the hotel’s restaurant after we flew all day. As a former hospitality worker in an array of positions and environments (in America) I can certainly say Thomas was among the best. The entire staff made us feel comfortable & welcome. The breakfast was very good so make sure you wake up on time for that! If you’re traveling via Uber, it’s fairly easy to get one within 15-20 minutes so plan ahead. If I should find myself in Sweden again, I will definitely want to stay here! Thank you staff of Best Western and especially Thomas! Peace & love, Carrie "

"Nice clean hotel close to both subway and trams. Some stores and restaurants in the area as well as a super market. The breakfast at Scandic hotels are always a treat. My only gripe is that there is no way to open a window in the room. "

"Our stay at Avanti was great. We arrived late and the code arrangement worked perfectly and all of our enquiries were helpfully answered by the member of staff on duty. We also needed to leave our bags until later on departure day and this was made simple and easy. We will definitely be staying again and would confidently recommend Avanti."
