We loved our stay here and wish we would have stayed here all 3 nights instead of 2 nights at a different hotel. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfy, and the air con worked great. Wifi is not very good which is typical of Myanmar. The bathroom was also very nice and the shower had great pressure and hot water. Breakfast was decent and the staff was very friendly (we were allowed to check in early with no problems). Only thing they could work on is cleaning the room a little more (some dust, etc.) but overall a great place to stay!

Very nice staff
Totally fine for the price. I booked a 4 bed form but was given a double room! The hotel is not located in the same place that is indicated on the map, so you might need to call for directions. The staff we very friendly. The room smelled a bit like dirty water, but it seemed clean.

The staff saved the day.
Over priced, electricity erratic,on off, wifi the pits,I have never had worse service anywhere now that being said there biggest asset is the staff they are very helpful and cheerfull,if the rest of the service was as good as the staff it would be a great place to stay.

Location great
Hotel good for what you pay for.I got in early morning after an overnight bus Christmas morning around 4am freezing and my room was not available for early check-in unlike other cities visited. After a little time the young man did get me a room to get some rest until mine was ready. This was greatly appreciated. Also bike rentals at hotel cheap and on site.I recommend bike around lake it's long but enjoyable experience. Stop at winery for taste test along way. They also arranged my transportation from hotel to next destination.

Good value, quiet street.
This Hotel is totally fine for a budget stay. Plumbing an drainage in some rooms a bit hit and miss and the breakfast ordinary but for the price it is good and comfortable. All things considered no complaints and the street is quiet.
