My husband and I were left without any accommodation in the vicinity because of the World Rally Championships. You failed to respond to emails and phone calls to date. "This resort is not finished and not fully operational. The main building and pool are under construction and not looking like they will be open any time soon. We were the only guests at the resort (which was terrifying), so, they had very limited food items and a very small staff. We were handed a menu, but they had none of the items on the menu. The cabins were nice and clean, but our family cottage was at the back of the resort. This is where the terrifying part comes in!!! At 2 o'clock in the...
