I also want to recognize the housekeeping team for their outstanding service and attention to detail. They were courteous, attentive, and made sure everything was clean and comfortable. "Honest opinion - good value hotel for NYC. Convenient location - 2 blocks from subway. Front desk was very courteous. Complimentary breakfast was decent and filling. Opportunity for improvement - rooms should be available at check-in time. Shouldn't have to wait for them to be cleaned. I understand this is probably due to understaffing, but a client is paying for a room from time of check-in until they checkout. They've paid for the room to be available at the posted check-in time."
"I stayed at the Best Western Brooklyn/Coney Island for business. Staff friendly and welcoming. It was a convenient location and had parking onsite. Rooms were clean, breakfast onsite was nice to have. Hotel is located in an industrial area so it looks run down. We used an Uber to get around. Bonus is location to Coney Island. Great option for some evening fun. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."
