"Great location, but disappointing service. The hotel is in an excellent location, which was the best part of our stay. However, the staff were not welcoming or friendly. There was no daily housekeeping, and the cleaning service was charged separately at almost a quarter of the room rate, which is unreasonable. Because of this, the room was not as clean as it should have been. Overall, the location was great, but the lack of hospitality and cleanliness made the experience disappointing."

"We really enjoyedour stay. Close to the train station. Supermarket and take away food options close buy. Easy walk to the central Nuremberg. The hotel pool was great. Our evening meal in the hotel was enjoyable. The breakfast had many great option. The staff were amazing especially at reception."
