Fantastic location. Staff was friendly and very professional. The best sleep ever in my room as the bed was so comfortable and zero noise. Walking distance to most sights and transit. I’d stay there again

Overall very good, although considering the location right near Albrecht Durer's Playz, it wasn't as authentic as we had hoped. A bit sterile. Staff were great. Parking was a bit of a chore since our rental vehicle was too large for the lift system at the hotel.

The location was perfect! We were in Salzburg for the Christmas market it was a quick 5 minute walk. Super close to the castles as well. Many dining options nearby. The hotel breakfast buffet was excellent! Rooms very comfortable and a very nice bar in the lobby! Will definitely stay here again!

After three days of stay, I absolutely adored this place! The hotel is located in a peaceful, tidy location that is easily accessible by foot from the old town and other tourist sites.
