"The outside doors were suppose to need key fobs to open, but the locks were broken. The door to my room was slightly off its hinge so I really had to yank and shove to open and close the door. The air/heat unit had burn marks where it plugged into the wall. The mattress base was to small for the mattress, so the mattress tilted off the bed when you sat on the edge. The old carpeting in the hall and room was musty and smelled of stale cigarette smoke even though it is a non smoking property. I...

"We had a wonderful stay at the Harbor House. Our room was very cozy and the balcony was fantastic. The room and property was clearly well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Only issue I had was kids in the room above jumping off the bed and running back and forth in the room. Contacted the front desk. It helped for about an hour then it started again. And this was after 11pm"

"Endroit très propre, personnel très accueilant. Je recommande fortement."

"Upon entering the young lady at the desk was friendly and accomodating. It was obvious on the first floor that a remodel was in process but arriving on the 4th floor it was obvious the remodel had been completed. The hallway bright and sharp looking with new carpet. The room was emasculate and looked brand new. And the bathroom was the nicest I have ever experienced and had a walk in glass shower. This was the fifth hotel we have stayed at in the past two months attending our grandson's high...

"It was okay; it was a peaceful room. This morning, I was working at the desk doing paperwork and I killed a cockroach. I let the front desk know. Besides that, it was a decent room and hotel."

"We had booked 7 rooms for a band having a show in Muskegon for 3 nights, One of the members got in their room to a made bed, but later discovered soiled toilet paper in the sheets. When she had called the front desk for help, they said they didn't have anyone to help but they could drop off new sheets.... Then another member had their toilet flood. The assistant GM was kind and tried to accommodate us while there and same with the GM, but the overall cleanliness of this place was very...

"Older hotel. In need of updating, it was clean and the staff was very friendly. The lighting in the rooms is terrible, but there is a large sliding door that lets in light. Hard to do hair and make up. Other than that it was a pleasant stay."

"We had 4 adults & a teenager. The two bedrooms were perfect for the adults. Teenager slept on the extra pullout couch in the living room which was perfect because it was out of the way & didn’t really affect the actual living space. We left the bed pulled out most of the time & it wasn’t too bad getting around it. Mattresses were a bit uncomfortable for an extended stay. We were all a bit sore & craving our own beds by night 5. Amenities were great. I took extra washcloths because other reviews...
