"Excellent stay near the Chennai VAC! The hotel is very easy to locate, and the staff are incredibly genuine, welcoming, and friendly. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness; the reception area, lobby, and rooms were all highly hygienic and well-maintained. Highly recommended!"

Requested and got kettle but power tripped when using it, so did not use it. Overall okay stay but calling out things that can be better."

"I booked this hotel through Hotels.com, but upon arrival the front desk informed us they could not accept the booking, which was very frustrating. Additionally, the blankets provided in the room did not appear to be fresh, and we had to follow up multiple times before they were replaced. Overall, this experience was disappointing and could be improved with better coordination and housekeeping standards."
