Included in the price is a beach umbrella and two reserved sunbeds at the "La Stella Marina" establishment, easily reachable on foot, starting from June 1st.

Entrance floor: living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette.
Upper floor: double bedroom - bathroom with shower.
Lower floor: second living room with access to the wonderful garden overlooking the sea.
The house enjoys an exclusive location and a wonderful sea view from all rooms.
