"Overall, we had a very comfortable stay in a fantastic location. There was a little difficulty at check-in due to the language barrier, which made the beginning slightly stressful. Our family of five stayed on the third floor. The staircase is very narrow and steep, so carrying luggage upstairs was difficult. Having only one key for five people was also very inconvenient.
