"They had no on site parking due to construction which was fine…the staff was NOT clear they charged for this major inconvenience which was the hotels issue. I was charged a standard fully refundable security deposit of $100 which was explained as such, so when I only got $70 back I asked why of course and they said they charged me for parking at $29.90. That was the price for valet service in which I did not use, I parked my own car down the street at an off site parking facility and I was given a QR code to park there overnight for FREE! They told me after I called asking about the refund being light that everyone gets charged parking whether you use the valet or not! WHAT???? "
