"We actually live 2km from this beautiful resort. We had previously had a “staycation” here about a year, which was fantastic. And this year we decided to bring our best friends here for my birthday weekend “staycation”. It honestly couldn’t have been better, from beginning to end. A big shout out to Emmanuel at the front desk, who I was in touch with over the last few months regarding our stay. He made sure all was perfect. Unico is very lucky to have this young man working for them. Also, our butler, Ángel was great too! He was always there in person or by WhatsApp to answer any questions and help us with all reservations. In all honesty, all the staff including restaurants, the lobby bar, housekeeping, concierge, spa were all so welcoming and helpful… you were always greeted by smiles. I would like to name more people we’d like to rave about, but unfortunately my memory is not the best. We did eat at every restaurant and they were all outstanding, especially for an all-inclusive resort. I think my favorite was Kobo. The ambience was great and the food was exceptional. The spa was gorgeous and it was such a peaceful and relaxing space. We did the hydrotherapy session at the spa it was truly an interesting experience. We stayed in a Estancia Suite Panoramica 1 Bedroom Oceanfront and it was perfect. The view on the patio was incredible. I probably could go on and on about this resort. It was so perfect. We definitely see even more staycation in our future."

"The exterior of the hotel is well presentable and clean. Check in process took a long time and once check in watch out for the timeshare pitch. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Pool was great. Only downfall that it’s only 4ft deep at the deepest end. So plan on swimming in warm water in August due to hot weather"

"The food is great! Well beyond our expectations. The service was very good and in general you get great value for the cost. The only complaint would be that there is really no even a little shadow spot in the family pool. I think this can be improved pretty easily and manual people would be thankful"

"Very much enjoyed this trip. The staff (starting with Emily) was top notch. Great service at the pool bar (Santana!). And honestly everyone we encountered. The room was nice. Room service was prompt. The pool is great. They set up the pool chairs with cushions and towels. The pool restaurant was great. And, the best part was the swim-up pool bar. Even though the wait staff was super attentive, it’s just so fun using the pool bar."

"Food at all restaurants was Amazing! We frequently visit all inclusives and there is sometimes inconsistent food quality but here, every restaurant was outstanding and many staff made it feel special. The only less positive piece was multiple reminders for presentations for the time share and a bit disjointed start to check in when we declined this opportunity. Beach was smooth, which was a big perk as many have pointy rocks that need water shoes, not not here. Overall we'd recommend and come back."
