We arrived after along tiring day, Francesco ensured we were able to get a meal even though we missed the official reservation time of 5pm. We had some issues with the air-con in our room and the staff did as much as they could at the time but due to the lateness of the hour they could not fix it. "Although the details on your website included satellite TV, stereo, DVD, LINEN (washed to 60 degrees), boat, spa, coffee maker, etc, these were either not there or not working. It also states that the house is wheelchair accessible - which it is not. One bedroom is accessible but a wheelchair user cannot access the dining area or the pool area. The site details need to be updated/corrected. There were photos on your site showing several parasols and 3 gazebos. In fact no parasol was in working...
