"Love this house! Had everything we needed for a wk stay, kept on extending it as there was no other place we rather stay at. 2 min drive from the mall and all amenities, waterfront is a few mins drive away as well. Great quality linen, towels, bath products and shower pressure was perfect. Very private and easy parking, yet on the main road and fast to get into the bridge to go into the city. Would book again! "

We also enjoyed a delicious salmon meal he had cooked for us! The property was very clean, well appointed and just a short walk from the beach, with easy access by car to Hobart & other interesting sites. We highly recommend staying here."

"We stayed in the Western Penthouse. This property is beautiful, large open plan living and kitchen/dining. The kitchen has everything you need to self-cater and the view out the bay and to Mt Wellington is stunning. Three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and separate laundry make it feel like home away from home. Complimentary laundry powder, wash/shampoo/conditioner is supplied. Nothing was a problem, fresh towels were supplied when requested. Thank you for a lovely stay. We definitely recommend...

"It was one of the best places I have stayed, the hosts Janina and Gary can not do enough for you. Met on arrival offered to carry our luggage, very wam people went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable. Was surprised how big the flat was and spotlessly clean Lovely views close to everything. Would recommend to everyone."

"We loved the Red Door (now grey) for it's layout and design - an excellent choice for any couple looking to explore Hobart and be within walking distance of the market - we loved the kitchen, deck and main bedroom views - many thanks to Robin and Kate for stocking some coffee and milk for the first morning after our flight. Stores on Sandy Bay Road are easy to access for additional provisions. Overall a great place to hang your hat for a few days."

"No issues with staff but check in is in different location. After finding arriving at hotel and then finding that out then turning around to find it, with two little children in tow, and not knowing area or parking rules, and parking sign in location being damaged, I found myself with a $40 parking ticket. Accom and location and parking was outstanding."
