"Mixed review. We stayed on a Sunday evening. Be prepared to not be able to get anything food & drink wise at the hotel past 3pm. Staff were helpful in finding us restaurants nearby that would be open for dinner but without a car options were very very limited. Had a misunderstanding on checkout which whilst was an accident on their side I felt very awkward and uncomfortable about so service then was quite poor. Room was very clean. Lake view lovely. "Nous avons pu profiter d’un cadre magnifique sous la neige. Avec un bébé et une enfant de 5 ans le logement est parfait pour se promener, se reposer et faire de la luge. Raphaëlle a été adorable et nous a permit de décaler notre départ. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir."
