"There was plenty of parking on arrival and instructions received before arrival were very clear. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was lovely with a little balcony, kitchen, sitting area and bathroom. It was very well lit, plenty of windows and well heated. Do be aware there was no hand soap provided. It was within walking distance of Mont-Saint-Michel and local amenities. Looking forward to staying here again."

"This hotel and the room i stayed in were absolutely gorgeous! Be prepared to trek up stairs, as there is no elevator. Staff was nice and helpful when they were available. The staff could really use a bit more (English) explanation when it comes to instructions for after the restaurant downstairs closes (maybe a map would help), but I made do with gestures and limited English from the staff."

"The price was good and we stayed one night so we could visit Mont Saint Michele, it is about 25 minutes away by car. Note that the town of Pontorson shuts down early. We could not find a restaurant open on a Friday night stay, no fault of the hotel."

"Exceptional stay, 6 min flat walk to old town. Very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean. Delicious fresh array for breakfast, very good value. No lift was not an issue they carried our luggage to the room. Myself and my 85 year old Aunt managed easily. Restaurant across road fabulous. Lovely friendly helpful staff. A wonderful stay would highly recommend. "
