Everything appeared brand new. There was more than enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably, hang out together, and still have personal space when needed. I especially loved the large dining table.we all ate together.. Our host was fantastic — responsive, helpful, and very clear with instructions, which made check-in and check-out seamless.Overall, this was the perfect place for a friends’ getaway. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a group trip!"

"We had a wonderful fall getaway at this home. We took advantage of the bounty of the farm stands and cooked everything from Thanksgiving dinner to breakfast in the kitchen. The table was a wonderful gathering place and the cozy fireplace in the living room set the perfect vibe. We also loved the proximity to wonderful nature and beach walks and to Sag Harbor. What a beautiful spot and the hosts could not have been more wonderful - from welcome flowers on arrival to allowing us a little extra time on our last morning they truly displayed a gift of hospitality and care. "We rented this beautiful home for our son's Wedding Weekend in Southampton and it could not have been more perfect! The house is so spacious, beautifully updated, well appointed and sparkling clean. We were able to enjoy the outdoor space, the pool and the deck area. The property is spectacular, private and so peaceful. I would highly recommend this property and would rent it again ."
