"They took the carpet out of the rooms, and I feel like the carpet made it cozy. Our sink was stopped up and it was quickly fixed, but there was a little Debbie wrapper behind the TV stand. Overall not a bad place to stay. Breakfast options were great offering all the usual and fruit!"

"My room was dirty. There was ashes all in the floor beer bottle tops behind the chair, the floor needed to be vacuumed. There was no toilet paper. There was only one towel in the bathroom. One bath walls in the refrigerator was nasty."

Great location
"Perfect spot! We stayed to visit Geyser Falls. Property offered a shuttle service to and from. Clear could have used an extra blanket and pillow at night in the main bedroom bc it got chilly. Bunk room stayed warm. Overall great place for a family get away to the water park."
