"We really enjoyed our stay here. It is beautifully decorated, and staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us to buy train tickets, and also to follow up on a tour we had booked. The location is very convenient, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We highly recommend this hotel."

"It's a nice place to stage from. Nice breakfast. But.. The one issue I must comment about: The room air conditioning was not operating as one would expect; and the TV remote needed batteries. After calling the desk, nothing happened. The next day I carried the remote to the front desk to log my complaint in person. The attendant seemed surprised (to her credit) and quickly called maintenance. A service person showed up a while later and put batteries in the remote, and used his IR thermometer to check the AC. It was outputting 72 deg F (in max cooling). He said he would go check the control system. Again - crickets. Next day, called again. This time they stated that the AC was as good as it gets. This is supposed to be a Five Star hotel. Not sure where that came from. But it's not. Just for comparison, we stayed at the Airport Hotel Okęcie for one night. EXCELLENT hotel. There's just not much around there."

"Very convenient location, friendly staff, basic but comfy rooms. The only major downside was that the carpet in the room had a faint cigarette smell and since AC wasn’t very strong, we could smell it, especially when laying down because the beds weren’t very high. It was a nonsmoking room. The room in general was clean."

"Bathroom ammenities are not to the level of the hotel. Also being an historic property the location of few available electric sockets is really inconvenient. There is no socket for hairdryer in the washroom. Tea coffee maker is put on the bedside table. Beyond this the hotel is really good."
