"Dear Expedia Regarding your feedback request; Riva Plaza Hotel was under construction and hadn't any door to the street! we entered from a small door and reception was on the second floor! no one was in front of the door to the street too and we were confused that is it a correct address for this hotel or no finally we found the name of the hotel on the wall at the middle of the corridor near the elevator. finally, they received us as some new guests and showed us three rooms and none of them...

"Apartments are fantastic, spotlessly clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. apartments are outside the city by about 15 mins but there is a free shuttle several times a day or taxis are cheap and the service bus which stops outside is even cheaper. I would recommend a visit and loved Baku. "

"Great hotel in a perfect location. Big rooms, great view (from our side you could see Flame Towers), in a walking distance to the City Center, old ciry. The winter park just across the street also has many Dining options. Nice ans friendly stuff. very comfortable bed. Breakfast was OK. no more no less (but great view from the 15 floor). Only down side - our shower has no place to put the Shampoo and Conditioner without it falling. "

Best staff, Service and facilities

"Best services, facilities, staff and food. Rufat I’m reception couldn’t do enough for us so polite and respectful.. Usman Always great us with a smile and asked if he could do anything more for us. Ersad Is the Indian chef in the restaurant and he is excellent. Well travelled and a fantastic chef always polite and respectful we would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay."
