Beautiful home in Novi Vinodolski

Almost in the center of Novi Vinodolski is this spacious vacation home. Even though the outdoor space is scarce, a pool is at your disposal during the summer days. Also, prepare various dishes on the grill. The house consists of three floors with outdoor stairs. In the attic, the sloping ceiling reaches 80 cm. From the covered and open terraces you have a beautiful view of the sea and Novi Vinodolski. The center of Novi Vinodolski can be reached on foot in about 2 minutes; to the sea it is a little more. Visit the beautiful Crikvenice and the island of Krk with beautiful beaches. Fire department in the immediate vicinity.

Wir wurden vom EigentĂŒmer freundlich empfangen und alles wurde erklĂ€rt. Anschließend gab es einen Schnaps und Bier. Der Vermieter ist alle 3 Tage gekommen und hat den Pool gereinigt. Insgesamt waren es sehr erholsame 2 Wochen Urlaub

Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.Das Vermieterpaar ist sehr herzlich und nett .Sie wollen das man sich bei ihnen wohlfĂŒhlt.Das Haus liegt sehr zentral,man kann zu Fuß in Restaurants oder zum BĂ€cker oder in den Supermarkt. Bei Regenwetter gibt es im Obergeschoss einen Fitnessraum mit vielen und auch funktionierenden GerĂ€ten und auch fĂŒr Kinder gibt es SpielgerĂ€te.Das Haus ist sehr sauber und auch sehr geeignet fĂŒr 2 Familien weil jede Etage einzeln fĂŒr sich ist.Wir wĂŒrden auf jeden Fall dort wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.Liebe GrĂŒĂŸe nach Kroatien von Manuela,Stephan,Nico und Franzi

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem großen, schönen Pool und toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Die FußgĂ€ngerzone und somit BĂ€cker, Supermarkt und andere LĂ€den sind in ein paar Minuten fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar - auch runter zum Hafen bzw. zum Lidl ist man dank der schönen alten Treppe in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Man kann kostenlos auf oder vor dem GrundstĂŒck parken. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und liebenswert, halten alles in Ordnung. Auch der Pool wird regelmĂ€ĂŸig gereinigt. Alle 5 Schlafzimmer fĂŒr die 10 Personen sind gleichwertig und funktional, was bei HĂ€usern dieser GrĂ¶ĂŸe leider keine SelbstverstĂ€ndlichkeit ist. Das GrundstĂŒck selbst ist nicht besonders groß - was aber fĂŒr ein Stadthaus eher normal ist. Wir wĂŒrden es immer weiterempfehlen und wĂŒrden auch jederzeit wiederkommen.
