Just 1 km away is a beautiful wine-growing area with a restaurant where wine tasting is also possible. The flat consists of a cosy living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a bathroom. From the living area you can access the furnished and covered balcony with a view of the Vizuren of Novi Vinodolski. A private car park is located on the property of the building.
