todo incomodidades

tapa wc por los suelos, luces no funcionaban, cubos del hielo negros y por dentro con cosas, limpieza habitación deficiente, espacio en taza wc agobiante, restaurante muchísimo tiempo en servir sirven a uno y el otro a esperar, la recepcionista cuando se pago, muy grosera. por supuesto no volveré y eso que son 4 estrellas.

I was pleasantly surprised as it was much better than I thought. Both the Hotel and the room was quite clean and comfortable and Breakfast was great with a choice of both hot and cold foods. Also had a very good Wifi. Location was great as well.

Hotel zadovoljava omjer cijene i vrijednosti. Osoblje je vrlo uslužno. No hotel je stariji i nije neko vrijeme obnavljan tako da se i to vidi. Voda u sobama nije pitka, ali se zato dobije flaširana voda za piće.

Aufenthalt im Hotel Novi Sad

Ich war über die Silvesterfeiertage im Hotel Novi Sad. Das Hotel wurde von außen komplett renoviert. Sowohl innen als auch außen macht es einen schönen und netten Eindruck. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und gut organisiert. Das Essen war hervorragend. Ich hatte zwar nur Frühstück gebucht, es wird jedoch immer darauf geachtet, dass es Nachschub gibt. Frisches Brot, Joghurt, Aufstrich, Wurst usw. Auch sonst ist die Küche sehr gut. Die Silvesternacht habe ich bei einer Veranstaltung im Hotel verbracht. Zu der Veranstaltung gab es ein Büffet von dem man nur träumen kann. Leider hat es auch ein paar Schwachpunkte weswegen meine Beurteilung eher mittelmäßig als gut ausfällt. Zu den Schwachpunkten zählt das Internetangebot (WiFi) im Hotel. Wenn es schon angeboten wird dann sollte es auch möglich sein es zu nutzen. Leider ist es nur im unteren Bereich des Hotels einigermaßen nutzbar. Jedoch je höher man im Hotel sein Zimmer hat, desto schlechter bis gar nicht kann man das Internet nutzen. Außerdem ist das Personal an der Rezeption nicht sehr gut informiert, was das Buchen über das Internet betrifft. Ein Zimmer zu buchen ist kein Problem, jedoch sollte man Privat vielleicht früher abreisen müssen, kommt man schon zu Kommunikationsproblemen. Diese liegt nicht in der Sparche, sondern daran, dass man nicht gut genug über die Funktion von Buchungen bzw Stornierungen übers Internet informiert ist.

Worst ever

Ugly furniture in rooms plus smoke scent .person working in the Hotel were rude. I asked for butter in the restaurant and they refuse to give it to me,and same for ketchup. Most of the people working doesnt speak a word of english.Asked for things in the menu like nonalcoolic beer and they dont have.Food was awful.Ect ect.I would never tought that would be a 4stars Hotel.

A good option for the price, especially if you arrive by train or bus in early morning/ late evening

The hotel is located right in front of the train and bus station. 1-2 minutes of walk by foot. The Old city can be reached by foot in 30-40 minutes. It's a nice walk via Independence avenue. The hotel isn't new, nor does it have any particularly nice feature. But for the price it's a good place to stay. It's a decent hotel.
