"Parking is 100m and uphill !! All steps! Owner nearly an hour late to meet at property. Opposite to what is says about meeting on arrival ! and about being open 11am to 9pm. Wifi for access code did not work. You have to have an APP to get room code. So ridiculous and complicated!! just to open a door!! You are expected to be on the internet all the time for their updates ! It is no good expecting mail to be read whilst you are en route? and especially after having arrived. Too obsessed with technology!! Room like a shoebox. Toilet in bed room. No privacy . Owner discovered to enter room when we are not in!! Check the cancellation policy as is misleading. No integrity. Room was clean but It is like sleeping in a garage. Concrete floor! No idea where pool is in the advertising ! Bare minimum services to get maximum money. How they get"exceptional" reviews is quite bizarre ? and makes you wonder if genuine."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mont Sant! The photos do not do it justice. The rooms are spread out and situated within lush foliage (bamboo, fruit trees, flowers, ferns, and much more) so that they seem very private and secluded. The hotel sits part way up a large incline that leads to a castle fortress. You can walk or bike the path to the castle (recommend sneakers and water) or drive. The castle lies along a self-guided walking path that continues down the incline, past the hotel, and down into the city. There are guideposts along the way with interesting formation about local historical sites. The hotel itself is beautiful and offers gorgeous views overlooking the city. If you want to go down into the city, I do recommend driving or getting a cab, however, as it is not that close to restaurants and shopping. We ended up eating at the hotel for breakfast and diner each day. Breakfast was a lovely buffet in a pretty, quiet glassed-in room. We had dinner out on the patio at the restaurant and had zero complaints - everything was very tasty! There is a lovely pool on site as well with several lounge chairs - it never got crowded while we were there. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The WiFi worked well and the rooms were clean, with nice shower facilities. Overall,no complaints and one of our favorite stays on our trip"

"The Villa was very nice and had everything you would need. The outside space was amazing, The pool Is lovely and clean and was bigger enough for our 3 kids to enjoy. The views are spectacular with the surrounding areas very peaceful. Just right to enjoy a relaxing holiday. There was plenty of seating area and sun beds, Also a good, shaded area to avoid the heat of the Sun. The Owners were quick to respond to any Questions, Also provided key information for our stay. A visit to Valencia is a must, There are some great markets, and the beach was 5 stars. Also, a very good Shopping Outlet just outside Valencia. There is also a nice Waterpark only 40 mins drive from the Villa. In all we had a very relaxing holiday and would highly recommend your stay at Mel and Dave's Villa."

"We have just returned from a fantastic two week holiday at Finca Craig. The Finca was really spacious for our party of 7 (5 adults and 2 children). The pool is amazing to chill out in (and cool off in!). There are plenty of sunloungers, parasols and chairs around the pool so there is always a shady spot to relax in if needed. We loved eating meals at the huge table under the gazebo and made use of the barbecue. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything needed. Our stay was during the heat wave and one day the temperature reached 45 degrees - we were so thankful for the air con in the upstairs bedrooms at night! We didn't hire a car but as you can walk into the centre of Rotova in 5 -10 mins, that wasn't an issue for us. We were able to get everything we needed for our stay. There are 2 small supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bank, 2 bars/restaurants (and the social centre which serves drinks) and a wonderful bakery pretty much on the doorstep. You can also get drinks/pizzas at the sports centre and there is a pizza takaway in the town open weekend evenings. We walked to Alfauir one morning which also has a small supermarket and a couple of bars. We were lucky that our stay coincided with the Moors & Christians fiesta on the first weekend in August which was a real special experience. Colin and Karen were thoughtful and helpful hosts. They respected our privacy but were also available to help eg. when booking a taxi to Gandia beach or making a dinner reservation."
