I had a small issue with our original room, and Luis went above and beyond by moving us to a larger room with a better view—at no extra cost! Leo and Juan, our servers, were total sweethearts and made our mornings extra special. And the breakfast… OMG—so delicious, fresh, and beautifully served! The executive room was not very much to my liking, too small, and the bathroom is outdated; however, I somewhat settled because of everything else that was good.
