"The room was very nice, Staff were friendly and helpful. It was different having large washcloths, and the tub/shower felt weird in design, but it was an adjustment (we were traveling to a different country). The breakfast could have been better, we thought there was a menu and it ended up being a buffet of pastries, toast, some meats and cheeses and a few cooked items. I preferred the bakery that was within walking distance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back. *if you're from the US, bring an outlet converter!
Also, I learned by asking the cab driver to go to the Gothic Quarter that we were already in it. There were so many food options (don't do Crispy Chicken) and just walking around you ran into so much history and architecture that made you feel like you were in a movie as opposed to seeing the buildings and old historic landmarks on TV. So, the hotel's location is 👌."
