"What a beautiful hotel, pure class. The room was cosy and beautifully thought out. Breakfast was really excellent. All staff were helpful and polite. The location is very close to the station and bars and restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat"

"Spacious room (in modern extension to rear). comfortable beds. Clearly very new. Nice rooftop balcony bar area overlooking the Peace Gardens. Close enough to Q Park Charles Street car park, excellent location for everything in town centre. Check-in/check-out process somewhat cold/functional, service a bit ‘meh’ throughout. Did not have breakfast."

"Location spot on, always stay here. Exec lounge a nice touch. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it needs updating, furniture old and bathrooms should be modernised for a 4* hotel."

"Charlie on the front desk deserves recognition. He helped us with check out and bag storage. Really friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable, great location. Only thing I’d mention is the bathrooms are on sensor with no switch, so even during the night the bathroom lights come on when not wanted. Regardless I’d still stay again without hesitation!"

"When we checked in desk clerk made a point of highlighting we had booked through Expedia, it just seemed odd the way he said it as in we were some how of a lower quality of guest? Room was good, Hotel location is great, managed to get parked in the underground £18 a day car park, but the space is very tight, we have a small SUV and had to move it out to get the boot and door open. Car park is pretty small for a big hotel. Had breakfast, which was fine, interestingly they charge less at weekend that mid week, again just seems strange. Probably won't stay in this hotel next time we are in Leeds."
