"We had a great stay at this beautiful beach front hotel! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, We love the fact that our dog was able to vacation with us! The view from our room was absolutely AMAZING! We will definitely be back and I would recommend this place to anyone-you will not be disappointed!"
The Crest - Hampton Beach
10/10 Excellent
"So the outside needs some work so don't judge this book by its cover. Our room was very nice. Comfy beds, a mini fridge, kurig, a microwave, a table for two to sit and eat at, and a big TV. Everything was clean and the room itself was spacious. The bathroom was small but updated and clean. I've stayed at a few of the motels in this area but I will be coming back to this one going forward!"
Hilton Garden Inn Portsmouth Downtown

Lamie's Inn and The Old Salt Restaurant
8/10 Good
"The place is very clean and very pleasant. The continental breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. Staff is helpful and nice. My only complain is that the walls are paper thon and you can hear everything. We were unlike to be next to a room were the guest were drunk and loud and we could hear the whole conversation until 3am."
Anchorage Inn & Suites - Portsmouth

"It was fine.. did its job.. the property was under renovations"
935 Ocean A Beachside Inn
8/10 Good
"This was a good place to stay in a quieter, more residential area along the NH coastline. It seems to have been recently updated and overall clean and decent. The staff was friendly, most especially at the Surf Shack on the back patio for drinks and snacks. But for the price, I was a little let down and expected more. There were piles of sand left uncleaned in the dresser drawers, the bed frame fell apart, the shower was not completely cleaned, the sink was very slow draining, the handles kept falling off the fridge doors. None of these are individually a big deal, but several things contributing to the overall experience. But most disappointing was the lack of water and ice that was listed as “included” on the website, in the informational email sent by the office, and in the printed room guide. One place said in room, the other said on the 2nd floor, but in reality, the only water available was from a refill cooler fountain in the main office, which is only open 9-5. So plan accordingly and bring your own. Again, overall a good choice to stay in a great location, quiet but close to bigger beach and quick drive to restaurants/stores in Hampton as well as if you want to explore in Portsmouth. The overall communication could have been better to know what to expect and pack for. I would stay here again, but definitely ask for an ocean facing room. It is a beautiful view from the balconies."
