"The customer service at this hotel was terrible! To simplify to a couple words "They didn't give a s***". 1. There is a boat that goes from mainland to the island where the hotel is. The boat does not run if there are thunderstorms. No one from the hotel notified us about this and told us that the boat is NOT running now and we can not get to the hotel tonight. We were lucky enough to walk down to the dock and the boat was thankfully still running. BUT if the boat had not been we would've had...

There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. "Loved our stay here and can imagine coming back in the winter. The ski slopes are just by the hotel, the hotel is comfortable and pleasant, and the area is just amazing! The spa is super nice too to relax in after a day of hiking, or skiing in winter. "

"Stayed in Junior suite in January. Room is very nice and comfortable, bathroom quite old and not so nice. Heating in the room can not be controlled, means you depend on the management to decide what temperature is the best for you :-( Service in the restaurant can be slow some times but the food in general was good. At check in they wanted to charge me for the room that was already paid through hotels.com but the next day the issue was settled. Some receptionists were new and therefore slow but...

"This was great to have an apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Laundry done and folded for 20 Euros and right next to the rafting rental place. Beautiful nature surrounding with short drive to all the sites. Walkable into town for bars and restaurants. Breakfast was worth it too lots of local delicacies. "
