"je ne peux répondre à votre demande de retour d'expérience car je n'ai pas pu dormir dans le gîte réservé puisque votre service de gestion n'avait enregistré pas que ce gîte n'était plus loué à cette date. J'avais pourtant reçu une confirmation et mon paiement avait été débité. Le manque d'amabilité et de prise en charge de notre demande par votre employé (le premier) a été déplorable.
