Pleasant, quiet apartment on the ground floor of this residence with a surface area of 26sqm. Enjoy the sunshine from the south-facing balcony offering a beautiful view of Mont Charvin and the valley.

Petit appartement conforme aux photos et au descriptif, tres confortable pour 2 et dans une residence tranquille. Bien situé pour de belles randonnées sans faire trop de trajets (Val d'arly, Aravis, Saisies) et proche des commodités.
