"I visited the hotel around the same time last year while COVID was still a popular word. The service quality remains high this time though the price is higher which could be expected. We stayed at a room on 10th floor overlooking the sea and enjoying the picturesque view. We had our superb meals served inside our room by a young lady Rika San who was professional. "Very high quality hotel directly opposite Kanazawa Station. Beautiful lobby and room. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Porter service was convenient and helped us to bring our luggages to our room. Toyota car rental in located in the same building. Will definitely choose this hotel again during my next visit to Kanazawa. "
